What we collect
When you sign in with Discord we receive your Discord user ID, username and avatar. When you buy a product, our payment partner (Gumroad) processes your payment and shares the order details (product, amount, order number) with us. We never see or store your card details.
How we use it
We use your Discord ID to link purchases to your account, deliver your downloads, show your order history, and grant any premium access you paid for. We use your email only to send order-related messages and support replies.
What we don't do
We don't sell your data. We don't share it with advertisers. We don't send marketing spam. Your information is only used to run the store and support you.
Payments
All payments are handled securely by Gumroad. Your card information is entered on Gumroad and is never transmitted to or stored by Vapih. Refunds follow Gumroad's policies for digital goods.
Data retention
We keep your account and order records for as long as your account exists, so you can re-download what you bought. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us.
